Yes! We ship our items from Siracusa (Italy) everywhere.
Delivery time is estimated from the day of dispatch. We charge only 1.00 € extra to handle your order.
Shipping rates are calculated on the total weight of the parcel and depending on your country of residence.
We consider different zones with different rates.

DELAY ON YOUR ORDER (FAQ)
1) Remember that “working days” do not include Saturday – Sunday – holiday
2) You can track your order only if you pick the tracked shipping option ( DHL), in this case write us and we give you the exact status and location of the parcel.
3) We’re sorry, due to Covid-19 International emergency is possible to have some delays with deliveries; we send items from Siracusa ( Italy).
4) In November and December is possible to have delays with delivery because of the extreme high level of parcels that travels.
5) You have to count the working days from the day of dispatch; we always send an email to confirm the exact day of the shipment.
6) If you have not received any confirmation email about your order and/or about the shipping date, please check your spam folder our mails are probably there.

If you picked DHL option write us, we give you the exact status and location of the parcel; if you picked “standard shipment” here all the infos about how to proceed:
Delay from 1 to 7 working days over schedule:
Not common, but unfortunately as you can imagine in these days of international emergency due to Covid-19 ( we send items from Italy) is possible to have some delay with delivery.
Suggestion: please wait some extra days ( 3-4), the package should arrive soon as normally we deliver with no problem and on time.
Delay from 12 to 21 days over schedule:
For your info, normally national post tries to deliver first at your address, if they do not find you they bring the package at your local office, and it will be stocked there for a while before they send back here.
Suggestion: please check with your local post office, write us an email we send you the details about your parcel. Also, double check on your order confirmation if the address you put is complete and correct.
Delay from 22 days and more over schedule:
If the address on your order confirmation is complete and correct, if you have double checked with your local post office that they do not have your package then it must be a fault of the shipping service; very rare but unfortunately can happen.
Suggestion: wait other 3-4 working days, and if the package doesn’t arrive please write an email to [email protected]. Your order is 100% guaranteed so you have 2 options: 100% refund for the not delivered items or ask for re-send by DHL with tracking shipment + you get one extra free item included for the inconvenience ( no extra cost).
