Yes! We ship our items from Siracusa (Italy) everywhere in the world.
Delivery time is estimated from the day of dispatch, which is not the day of the purchase but the day when the carrier pick up the order at our studio.
Shipping rates are calculated on the total weight of the parcel and depending on your country of residence.
All the shipments are tracked, you will get all the updates automatically on the e-mail address you put on the order.

DELAY ON YOUR ORDER (FAQ)
1) Remember that “working days” do not include Saturday – Sunday – holiday
2) All the orders are tracked so you can always check the status of the parcel yourself. Once we create the label of your shipment you get updates via email. From the status “Parcel Created” to “Acceptance” might take some days with no updates. The reason is because we’re based in Sicily and the Post NL hub is based in Milan. So do not worry about that the parcel is travelling.
3) We’re sorry, due to Covid-19 International emergency is possible to have some delays with deliveries; we send items from Siracusa ( Italy).
4) In November and December is possible to have delays with delivery because of the extreme high level of parcels that travel.
6) If you have not received the tracking of your parcel, please check your spam folder our mails are probably there. Remember you get updates on the mail address you put on the order.
7) If you have not received the tracking please write an email to [email protected] we send it again.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED
(What to do)
From November 1st, 2022 all our shipments are tracked, so you always have the exact status and location of the parcel.
Are you sure your purchase is not a “Pre-Order” ?
Often when we launch a pre-order we receive emails about order not delivered even before the date we are supposed to start to ship the items.
Please make sure that your purchase is not a “Pre-Order”. When we launch a pre-order we put on the item page the date when we will start to ship the items. In this case you have to count the working days not from the day of the purchase but from the day you see on the item page.
Delay from 1 to 7 working days over schedule:
Not common, but unfortunately as you can imagine in these days of international emergency due to Covid-19 ( we send items from Italy) is possible to have some delay with delivery.
Suggestion: check the tracking first, situation should be clear there. If the status is “Parcel Created” the reason is because we’re based in Sicily and the Post NL hub is based in Milan. So do not worry about that the parcel is travelling. By a couple of days you will see the update “Acceptance”, if is in transit please wait some extra days ( 3-4), you should see the updates and the package should arrive soon as normally we deliver with no problem and on time.
If there’s no updates on the tracking after 8-9 working days
In very few cases is possible that there’s a problem with shipment. In this case please write an email to [email protected], we will contact the courier to understand what is the problem and we will fix the situation. First of all double check your provided address, to see if it’s complete and correct. In you email add your mobile number, this helps the delivery. We will open a claim to understand the reason of the delay and let you know as soon as possible.
If the tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received the order
All our shipments to be delivered need a signature of the recipient, so we open a claim with the courier and they will send us the proof of delivery with signature. So you can double check what happened.

If the provided address is complete and correct, and we realized that the courier is responsible of the missing delivery we always give you 2 options: request 100% refund for the not delivered item or ask for re-send + you get one extra free item included for the inconvenience (no extra cost).
