Orders & Returns - Say Yes


Our main purpose is to offer a good experience to our customers, so that you purchase again at say-yes.eu. That is the reason why you will not be charged return fees, except in cases of “wrong size”.

99% of return requests are about a “wrong size”. So we highly recommend you to carefully check the Size Chart by clicking on “how does the size turn out?” button you find in each item’s page, and make sure that you pick the right size.

If you need to change your item because you chose a wrong size, we only charge extra shipping costs. The sum will be the same that we had charged in your original order.

You can pay this sum via PayPal or via bank transfer. We will send you more details about payment on your request.

All purchases can be returned or changed within 25 days after the purchase.


Request a return or change by email to [email protected]. Your request must be made within a period not exceeding 10 business days after receiving the product. Your request must include the following information:

a) The reason of return or change. Would you like a refund or to change the size you originally chose?

b) Proof of payment for extra shipment in case of return.

c) You can send your item back to: Kalle Design c/o Andrea Moschella, Via della Conciliazione, 30 96100 Siracusa – ITALY.

If you do not present the above information, your change/return request could be denied. If you ask for a refund and not a size change, you will get the sum you paid for, with the same mode that you used to carry out your payment in the first place.

We will also refund shipment costs, of course.

If, by chance, you’re on holiday in Siracusa, come to our office at Via della Conciliazione,24 in Ortigia (Siracusa), and we will change your item there.
